I do invest in Lloydminster. I currently have 3 properties here. I would like to expand outside of Lloyd and diversify. I've heard and read good things about Edmonton's Market. Lloydmisnter's land use bylaw isn't investor friendly. They are making it extremely difficult for what I primarily do, which is basement & additional income suites.
