Hello Everyone

My partner and I are very new to the real estate investment and was searching for proper educational and unbiased system to invest in real estate properties within canada, which lead us to REIN.

I have already brought both books "REAL ESTATE INVESTING IN CANADA" and "97 TIPS FOR CANADIAN REAL ESTATE INVESTORS" and read them both which was very informative, also reading more and listening to Audios on the REIN Website.

Basically explaining how to fish, and not promising to put the fish on your lap for you. Also how to protect yourself by asking "WHATS BEHIND THE CURRENT" and not let anyone lead you into any gray areas of the law, and the importance of creating a team and surround yourself with like minded professional real estate investors, which is I am attempting to doing by starting off here.

I wanted to pre educated myself before asking for a Experience Real Estate Investor as a Mentor in the "GTA" (Greater Toronto Area), and who follow the principles of both books "REAL ESTATE INVESTING IN CANADA" and "97 TIPS FOR CANADIAN REAL ESTATE INVESTORS", and to learn from them to create a WIN WIN Situation as mentioned in the Books mentioned above.

Any Experience Real Estate Investor in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) are interest playing a Mentor Role would greatly appreciated.

Sinecerly

I am not an experienced investor or anything, but I would like to put you back your own question.
Which successful person has the time to help out a newbie, the most important thing my friend in the world isn`t money, sex, power.... it`s time.

Make sure you remember that, and hopefully someone will help you out.

Thank you for your input my friend, I am sure a lot of people out there may agree with you but other the other hand a lot of people may not agree either.

Please keep in mind, I am going through a learning curve. Maybe I might get a response or maybe not, but at least I give it attempt of seeking a perfessional investor who i can be a mentor and hopeful establish a relationship which will be eventually benefit both sides within time who knows. Plus it`s up to the individual to determine if they have the time or not, or even welling to help newbie like myself and my partner.

But not making the attempt, means failing before even trying I appreciate you wishing me luck, and I also hope the same to you. Who knows maybe we might work together

Take Care

I`m not an expert but happy to answer some questions you might have - what were you hoping to know?

Hi Terry and Debra.
I`m not in the GTA, and I`m not anywhere near experienced enough to be a mentor, but I would have to say....Join REIN.

The things that Don and Russell teach are topnotch, and they`re very good at helping the members. On top of that, there are lots of other very successful people at the meetings who are always happy to help others.

In some ways, by joining REIN you don`t get just one mentor, but rather thousands!

Have a good one!
