My close family just approached me asking if I know how to deal with US real estate. Since I have been following only Canadian Real Estate, I thought to ask around here.
This situation my family member is dealing is a purchase before the recession and without doing any dilligence, signed a mortgage and now hugely negative cash flowing. She wants me to help her either find a way to refinance (She is not a us residence) if cash flow is possible or default or sell this place if it is an option.
