Hello,
We are in need of someone to replace lino in one of our basement suite kitchen areas in Edmonton. It's a fairly small job around 300 - 400 sq ft and we were planning to use either laminate or tile but would also consider lino again if it was a good quality.
We have one quote to do laminate and would like to get a couple of others including one for tile and/or lino. The laminate guy doesn't do either.
Would anyone know of a contractor/handyman they would recommend that does these smaller jobs? Also, is there a general cost per square foot a person can use as a guide in estimating these types of costs?
We appreciate any help offered and thank you for your time.
