Looking for experienced JV Lawyer

Good afternoon,

I am looking for help in connecting with a lawyer who is experienced in drafting JV agreements. Specifically a JV agreement for an existing property. If you have used a lawyer you recommend and are willing to share I would greatly appreciate. I would certainly let him/her know you referred me which may help strengthen your relationship.

The property is in Calgary but I would be open to using a lawyer in a different city if this doesn`t present any issue.
