Looking for Leduc, AB Realtor

Hi, I`m looking for a Realtor with knowledge of the local RE market in Leduc, Alberta. Specifically, I`d like to work with someone familiar with condos there. I have some property in Leduc currently (no condos) and I`d like some help to understand the current state of the condo market in Leduc. Finding someone who understands investors and the REIN system would be a bonus.
