Sorry I can`t recommend a good one, but I advise you to stay away from Hope Street. I`m not the only member that has had a problem with them.

yes, STAY AWAY from Hope Street. I`ve had nothing but problems with them.

We`d manage it for you if over 24 units.

What property is it ?

Assuming a single family house, budget 12% of rent collected + a minimum if vacant + a re-lease fee of perhaps 50 to 100% of one month rent + 15% of any major reno work. If you pay less than that expect poor service or uplifting in R&M work !!

Most good PM companies won`t work in the NE. I`d be interested to know if you found one.
