I am looking for a real estate agent with a property specialty in the Elmwood community of Edmonton. This would be my first investment property. I would like the agent to be willing to be a mentor/teacher as this is my first experience in the process. I have tons of questions, and am very eager to learn. And want to have fun in the process.
I have found an opportunity with someone who's father-in-law has passed away and they now have the property to deal with. I believe the first stage in the process would be to have the property evaluation to determine value. The property in not currently listed.
