Looking for Realtor for properties in Edmonton

Hi Folks,



I'm a 2 month old REIN member going to Edmonton to checkout some property this Friday and then attend the ACRE event in Calgary.



I'd like to put together an Edmonton team for investing in real estate out there including a realtor, notary/lawyer - I already have a good mortgage broker.



I'll worry about the notary/lawyer later, but for now would really appreciate finding a realtor with specialty in finding positive cash flow rental properties in the Edmonton area.
