Looking for Realtor to help sell an 11 unit apartment building in small town northern Alberta

We want to sell a multi-family apartment building in a small town in northern Alberta (Spirit River, 1 hour from Grande Prairie, AB and Dawson Creek, BC). When we bought it, it was listed with a Realtor from Grande Prairie who specialized in owner-occupied homes - not investment properties and certainly not multifamily buildings.



We think hiring the right Realtor might make a big difference. Who should we call? Any recommendations for a Realtor who specializes in this kind of property? i.e. 11 unit apartment building in a small town...

What is the asking price here for 11 units ? $500,000 ? Less ? Budget a 6% commission or more even to get some interest.
