Viceroy just won hotel of the year and 1 bedrooms rent there for $900+- $1200+ USD/night. It's 3 min drive from Cora, and Cora looks identical in architectural design. There is a current 2 bed listing in Viceroy with identical square footage to Cora for $1,450,000 and over double the HOA fees. So buying just up the hill with only a 3 min golf cart drive to the beach or 10 min walk for almost $1,000,000 cheaper is a huge advantage and booster for both appreciation and cash flow.

Family/friends release and unit selection reservations are happening quietly now. Completion is 2026 and these are 2 bed + dens that are approx 1250 sq ft plus 250-300 sq ft outdoor spaces.
