I notice I seen a post a couple of weeks ago about putting a mastermind group together to go over deals or go over mock deals.... I would love to get together with people that are very active in real estate and are doing it or are wanting to do real estate full time...So if your are interested plz get back to me.

P.S I have a place that is under contract in Dovercourt that is a bungalow needing about 25 000 in reno`s or less pending on what you want to do with the place for 240 000 and you don`t have to take pocession until april.

PPS And I also have a place in King Edward Park That I might be willing to do a J.V with or if you want to you can put some money as an investment and I`ll take care of everthing.
