I spent nearly the entire day yesterday searching the internet and making phone calls trying to find the Housing Affordability Index for Lethbridge and/or the data to populate the formula (i.e. Median pre-tax income and the price for an average bungalow). All I could find was the Median pre-tax income from the 2001 census and the average MLS average price for the resale market.
Does anyone have this information or can point in the direction?
