Im currently learning the fundamentals of investing in residential real estate but living in the Killarney area has really got me interested in learning how to build new duplexes on inner-city land. I have seen many old houses get bought and torn down and then reborn into beautiful duplexes and it really makes neighborhoods look so much better. I would love to learn how to do this.
If anyone out there can teach me this business, that would be wonderful. I`m more than willing to help out for free to learn.
