4. Permits and Zoning options
5. Screening potential contractors
6. Subcontractors/ Contracts
7. Roles and responsibilities of the owner/ Empowering the Contractor

Courses will take place Onsite in the Beaches at a house built in 1895!! We will be analyzing a $200k renovation that will take place over the next 6 months.
