March home sales in the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver`s region jumped 53 per cent from February, the board said in a news release today.
The board said 2,265 sales were recorded across the region last month. That was a 24.4-per-cent decline from March 2008, when 2,997 sales were recorded.
