The famous antique sign of the mobile home park in Forest Lawn is removed, and the new confirmed owner is Loblaws. What do you think the new No Frills store will bring to the area, and how would that affect your investment? (the fact that the mobile home park is gone was a good news on its own for me, regardless of what store takes over)
