Can anyone out there recommend a good realtor in Montreal that has experience dealing with investors? I know that la belle province has some major hurdles (poor manufacturing based economy, tough landlording laws, language issues, political issues, etc.), but I`ve heard stories of major cash flow and need to do my own due diligence nonetheless.
