Mortgage Broker in GTA Region

Hello I am looking for a good mortgage broker who specializes in getting financing for investment properties. Hopfully a REIN member who is familiar with the system. IF anyone here could recommend someone they have had a good experience with that would be really helpful. Thanks alot for your help.

My suggestion go with Kevin Boughen (ph-416-509-4047). You always feel cared. All my portfolio get financed by him . Recently I got 16 townhouse complex (He worked hard for this even knowing that he will be getting nothing because I was assuming the mortgage). He will guide you. You will feel in same way like me that this is the best phone call of the year. The most important thing that he is REIN member as well as real estate investor. Thanks
