We are considering purchasing a motel in Ft Nelson BC for future development. We need to find a broker who deals in this area of funding - Mr. Kinch and Mr. Heon told us they are not set-up to deal with this type of purchase. Can anyone recommend someone for us to speak with regarding this deal?
