I own a farm 2 acres with an old farm house. We are planning to move to a new place and buy a new one. Would like to dispose this old farm. These days no one would simply buy this old farm. I need suggestions as what should be done with it? should trya a hand at selling or just keep it with us

You could try renting it out... not sure if that will really be the best use for you. You could seek some help in selling it via a Rent to Own method, or offer to leave some seller financing in place by way of a Vendor Take Back mortgage. Or if you just need it gone, you may have to price it to get your sale, not exactly the most attractive solution, but might be the cleanest.

You may wish to do some research online for your area and find realtors who specialize in selling acreages, interview them to see what sort of creative ideas they have and see where there might be a fit for you. Depending on where it is, another option for a buyer could be re-zoning this property for a different more profitable use.

Hi there, I think you should sell the farm or you can also start a new business over there. There are many real estate agents who can help you in selling the land.
