Hi all - the REIN office advised they will transfer my contract if I can sell it privately. Cost is $1,990.00 valid to June 18, 2017 (lump sum payment to me representing 10 remaining months @ $199). If you know of anyone who would like to try out REIN for less than full price, please have them call me. I no longer wish to be a real estate investor (for personal reasons).
