My Sucess story

Just two weeks back I closed my 22[sup]nd[/sup] townhouse deal. I own 18 units in Hamilton and 4 in Brampton. This weekend I finally got all the papers from last deal which was a townhouse complex. What a wonderful journey, First nine month of REIN membership and it feels like I joined REIN yesterday. Thanks for all the help and support. I do not have words to express my gratitude towards REIN brotherhood. What a community we are in. Every one is helping others to achieve their goal. I was in a dilemma in Sep 2008 that should I join REIN by paying $ 200/mpnth or I should go alone with all the books and information material. Finally I decided to go with REIN. That was the best decision for 2008. I started with team building exercise.I started my journey by calling specialist to be part of my team.
Best phone call of 2008- First I called 2-3 mortgage brokers from the rein space recommendation and I got the real gold Kevin Boughen (Gem of a person) and competent mortgage broker and investor in Hamilton market. I immediately got some kind of bonding with Kevin and he guided me in whole process. In the journey I got help from lot of kind people. My personnel thanks to

Don Campbell he replied my very first query on forum that gave me confidence.

Edward Renkema- Hamilton investor and one of Hamilton master mind organizer. He helped me to be a part of Hamilton Mastermind.

Todor Yaradonov- Hamilton investor and good friend always sharing knowledge.

Neil Uttam Singh- Hamilton investor and close friend always a phone call away.

Carol Garett- What a fantastic lady. So helpful . She gave me real good idea about Hamilton.

Maria Marcuzzi-Hamilton Investor and very helpful person.

I joined REIN at the April ACRE weekend in Toronto, and already I've met several members of the helpful community that REIN fosters, including yourself. Thanks a lot for your comments. I am honored. I am not feeling that I have done some extra but feeling that I got lucky. It’s really a big motivating factor for me. I feel that REIN is "The Place" to be. Majority of my properties are financed with the help of vendor 2nd mortgage. I feel little bit lucky that I got such a wonderful team and such a nice community. The power of like minded group is so essential. One small example yesterday morning I was looking for plumber (made mistake not to keep some one in team) with in two hours got name for four. What more I can ask. With respect to numbers I am following the REIN system 1% rule.
