Some news outlets reporting that presales are slowing down (absorbtion rate low, cancelled projects) but then this MLA newsletter says otherwise: https://mlacanada.com/newsfeed/june-2022-pre-sale-pulse - over 30% sales rate is still technically a "sellers' market", no?

Mind you this might have ot do with HELOC availability so who knows.
