NaborlyShield

Hi, I'm looking for a credit check service and not sure which one to use. I do know of Naborly, TVS but not sure which one to use. I see Naborly has a service called NaborlyShield. Has anyone ever used NaborlyShield? It looks interesting but didn't know if it's hard to claim or just looks good on paper.

Are there other services that one might recommend also?

I currently have NaborlyShield on a couple properties.

Never had to use it yet but it’s good to know my rent is insured.
