National Tenant Database

Hi, at the latest REIN meeting in Calgary, Don had mentioned something about a National Tenant Database on-line where landlords who are looking to rent a property can view comments left by other landlords regarding the credibility of the tenant. Does anyone know where to find this?

I do not know of a national base but I do know some LL organisations in larger cities and paralegals specializing in evicting tenants do maintain a bad tenant list..
