Need a cleaner in Edmonton for March 30 or 31...HELP!

Greetings all.



My regular cleaners just cancelled on me (prior commitment that they had forgotten about), and I need a major move-out cleaning in Edmonton.



9:30 am on the 30th would be perfect, but I'll be happy as long as it's done for the evening of the 31st.



The tenants are horrible housekeepers to begin with, but I expect that they won't clean at all. So plan on several hours.



The property is fairly central. 1150 square feet, main floor suite. 1 bathroom.

Also, I have been considering a change as far as regular cleaners go, so this could definitely result in repeat business.

Who are your regular cleaners and how much were they going to charge you to clean your 1150 sq ft main with 1 bath?

My regular cleaners charge me $25 and hour and they work quite quickly. The girls are great; it's just the boss that is unreliable. It's just a small company - one guy and his girls.



I hired Canada Maid Service to clean on the morning of the 31st, and at 4:20 pm on the 30th they cancelled. Lovely.



Managed to find someone else at the last minute but she left a dirty film all over the floor. Not much choice at that point though.
