Need a Handyman for a job in Edmonton - ASAP

Our Contractor fell through and we are stuck.

Help!!

Here is the work to be done:

• Side Entrance - Repair hole in drywall, paint

• Loft Suite - Remove and replace bedroom doors, paint

• Lower Suite – Repair main door frame and strike plate

• Lower Suite – R&R Window in Bedroom

• Furnace Room – the common walls in this room will have to be drywalled and taped but not sanded or painted

• Laundry Area – Remove vinyl doors and repair wall

• Laundry Area – Frame wall with door, drywall board, finish & paint. Door must be fire rated.

His rates are reasonable and he meets timelines and budgets...Usually he`s about a week or two wait but for an emergency he might make a concession.

I have used him on one reno and I referred him once as well.
