Need an accountant for a new young and upstart SERIOUS investor PLEASE!

I desperately need an accountant and book keeper as tax time is coming fast I have only one property as of right now but if all goes well it should be 2 by end of Feb. So anyone who has had success with an accountant, and book keeper, Im open to suggestions. Thanx so much for the help fellow REIN members.

Try Christine Scheer [email protected] She does my wife`s books and charges very reasonable rates. I had passed her name onto one other business owner looking for a book keeper and that lady was happy with her. Do a "quick search" and you will find a few accountants contacts posted. Take a look at the Resource Directory in the REIN Members side of the site. A good selection of Accountants (and bookkeepers) who have been working with REIN members and who are investors themselves.

You may also want to use the Quicks Search button on the top of this page and enter the word "Accountant" to see all of the other discussions around this important subject.

Just remember, do NOT pick your accountant based on geography or convenience... focus on their expertise with investment real estate.
