Need help to buy land with residential property in Quebec

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for someone who has been investing in land and residential properties in Quebec area. I've a lead on this residential property with land which zoned as a AGR. My most of the investment is in Ontario. So, I'm quite new to the Quebec area and also in buying land.

If you want to buy land or residential property, consult with your real estate agent. Your agent can give you better advice.
But according to me, you should buy a residential property in British Columbia. Recently, I also bought a house there from Listings Nearby Company.

Know the provincial law that is quite a bit different than English common law AND know the Quebec customs (ie mafia and bribes) AND ideally speak French AND read French - or know a trusted someone that can cover all 4 areas for you !!
