Need help with finding answers to questions on the score card

Hi there,

I'm very new to real estate investing. I've just purchased "Real Estate Investing in Canada" and I'm following the exercises in the book. The first question is "what areas do you know of where incomes are increasing quickly?" I've checked RBC/economics, statistics canada, ontario.ca and couldn't find the medium income for cities/areas, only provinces and countries. If anyone could point me in the right direction to find answers to the 12 question on the score card, that would be greatly appreciated.

check your cities website, they should have some demographic data based on neighborhoods. I know Calgary.ca has it.
