Need help with showings in Edmonton

I have one vacant, but newly renovated home in Beacon Heights. I also have an agreement on two T/H in Canora, with a January 1 possession date. These properties are self-managed (for now).

The problem is I live in Vancouver, and cannot jump on a plane to show these properties to every prospective tenant who raises his/her hand, especially as we get closer to Xmas.

Does anyone have a suggestion that will help me get these units shown and rented? It may be time for professional management. However, the T/H are Rent To Own, and will not require PM, so I am very reluctant to go this route.

I have a vague recollection of reading here of one PM firm willing to do showings or leasing only. However, I cannot find that post.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
