I'm new to REIN but am looking for anyone who is connected to investors for property in New Brunswick. Apparently there are some restrictions to advertising? Please advise if you are able to help me get this known to REIN members through your connections. Thanks. Fully rented six unit property available for $165K. Owner motivated. Probably best suited to a local investor in order to save on property management fees. Thanks.
