Hamilton New home prices are up almost 1% last month. What is this cash flow and appreciation?

Ed I could have put 0.9% but I thought almost 1% was good.

Anyhow I would consider this to be pretty good news at 0.9%.

At 0.9% this is still great $$ to be made for an investor looking to Hamilton.
