If I am considering a new purchase, how do I get some feedback? I think REIN has a way to help with this, can anyone tell me how it works?

Post questions here, but narrower in focus with enough detailed background for folks to give a meaningful answer, for example: what area of the world, how much cash down, how big a mortgage, investment or personal use, intended hold period, rent and expense levels if investment property, house size, age of house, condition of house, etc.
