New Tenant Checklist

When showing your apartment/house to prospective tenants is there a checklist that you guys go through?

I am going to be showing some rentals to new tenants and have a checklist in mind, just wanted to know if I am forgetting anything.

Ill get the ball rolling:
1) Show all rooms
2) Show Common Area – Common Area Rules
3) Garbage Rules
4) Lawn Rules
5) Snow Rules– Sidewalk and Path to front door
6) First and Last Month’s Rent
7) Utilities - Who takes care of what
8) Go over lease

What else you guys got?

9) Inform prospects of the application process (credit checks, employment/income verification, past landlord references etc)
10) Inquire how many people will be living with them
11) Inquire how many cars they have
12) Inform about parking rules
13) Inform about smoking/pets policies
14) Ask why they are moving from their current place (very useful in screening out potential future problems).
