Offer in Vernon

The next couple days I am putting an offer in a detached house in vernon and was hoping to get some ideas from everyone. This property is going to be my primary residence and is for sale by owner. I have the offer all made up with all of the necessary clauses I just have to make my cover letter up. I was wondering if anyone has a good sample of a cover letter that they used up in the interior, or one that would be applicable.

It has quite a bit of good info on writing a cover letter with your offer.
