Hi, I`m a new REIN member from Manitoba invested in Winnipeg- anyone know of any other MB members? I am single, 25yrs old- worked and saved hard and bought 5.5 properties- but would like to buy in AB- not used to investing from a distance- do I need to move there? Am starting work on a plan to build R. E. investment company to invest the money of people looking for better return than 4%. Would like to team up with others that are smarter, more experienced, and better connected. I need a support group, and help to build my foundation. I should just fly to AB REIN meetings for the networking ops? There`s opportunity for cash flow in WPG but I`m not sure about some other things- rent controls, limited growth, etc. It`s still an hrs drive for me. Maybe someone can enlighten me?
