When you google that particular name, one of the first pages to come up is a cease trade order from the Ontario Securities Commission.
Also, the website of the original poster is for a lawyer in Ontario. That seems like enough information to connect the dots, but I`ll leave my inferences and assumptions out of it.

It appears that legal action is being taken, or at least being prepared for, with the named poster being a likely defendant. The OSC order suggests a potential cause of action for a lawsuit. There were a few investor`s named in the OSC order, who may be potential plaintiffs in a lawsuit.
If it occurs that I`m totally off base, I`d like to note that I bear no ill-will towards anyone named in the thread, and did not express an opinion on whether legal action would be successful or even actually occur.
I try not to get sued, which is why I don`t usually comment on other people`s (potential) lawsuits.

Mr Tulisiani has a linked in profile, which you may be able to use to find some of his investors, as I bet some of them have added him as, "connections." (The linked-in equivalent of a facebook friend.) I don`t have the paid membership so I can`t view them, but it might be worth it for you.
