Hello Tim, did you ever get your spreadsheet? I have just joined rein and saw this post. Having moved here from Montreal, I am looking to get back into the market here in Fort MacMurray. I would really appreciate this spreadsheet if you could send it to me so that I can prepare my proposition for potential JV investor. Thank you!

It sure would be handy if someone would invent some kind of system for sharing documents online in order to avoid all the one-at-time email requests.

If you have Google docs account it can be easily shared to the public:
1) Upload your existing document to google docs:
click the red 'Upload' icon on the right side of 'CREATE'
2) share it:
click the blue 'Share' button and choose your sharing type
click 'Done'
3) Provide that Google document's link url here in the forum.
