Can anyone please provide their recommendations for property insurance. I am currently looking at a residential property with 4 self contained units in the Hamilton area.

I would reach out to Phil Jarvie (905-582-7086) at Hub International. I currently have all my multi-unit propertis with him. Great coverage, great rates. I would also suggest increasing your liability to 1Million.
