Yes I been in the industry for more years than I would like to think about, 27 years to be exact.
Jason Dolynny who purchased my firm, Davies Mangement & Realty Ltd, has been very successful in the transistion and the day to day operations.
So after much thought, I have now joined up with my son, Chris Davies at Remax Real Estate, Edmonton to help Chris build his already successful business.

Liz Burke has been in the industry as long as I have been. She should work out to be very good for your portfolio. Some of us old pro's are somewhat set in our procedures, so make sure to ask lots of questions. Liz has been successful in the business for a long time, so that may tell you something.
What you did not mention was what was the property type you are having managed.
