As a property manager we all experience all kinds of issues from delinquent rent payments to abandonments. What are some of your bad experiences as a property manager? How did you deal with them?

Oh many years of experience and many, many stories. Just feeds the negative. Some funny, some not-so much. Hmmmm...let's see how's raw chicken in the vent/duct work and the tenant stealing the air conditioner in the high summer season. Yeah, that was a new one. Duct cleaning people didn't know how to handle that one either with all the bacteria, etc.



Usually, I just try to negotiate and encourage them to leave. It's a win-win and fortunately, for the most part, deal with a great tenant profile. I do not deal (or try not to) have low-end tenants.

Incase anyone is looking for a good property Manager in Hamilton , Let me know , as I own couple of properties and is well taken care of by this company.
