Property Management in Edmonton

Hi

I am looking for a Property Manager for a couple of properties in Edmonton (2 x 1/2 duplexes which are connected to each other). I currently have someone managing them, but am not happy with the service.

Can anyone recommend a Property Manager in Edmonton?

Also what is the average cost for property management in Edmonton? I think the one we`ve got is pretty cheap, which is reflected in the service. I am happy to pay more for quality service, but just don`t know what the going rate should be.

expect to pay 10-12% of rent for 2 1/2 duplexes !
