Two things that have worked for me: 1) Advertised on kijiji for "Handyman Specials" for sale. If you keep that up, you`ll get some interest. 2) Work with a realtor who has many investor / flipper clients. I sell directly to the buyer, they fix and list with the agent for the flip.

I have a great Realtor who will just pull comps for your Quickturn leads in the Greater Toronto Area at $25 each. This is a good way to get comps without damaging your relationship with your existing Realtor. If you would like contact info just let me know.
