Hello all, Question?
I have noticed that there is a limited supply of multi-family properties in a few of the top Ontario Towns eg.(Barrie,Orilla) while there seems to be numerous Multi-Family Properties available in places like Hamilton or KWC. When deciding which town to specialize in doesn`t it make sense to focus on a town with a larger stock of properties? especially if you are looking to aquire numerous properties over a five year period.
