QuickBooks EasyStart for Real Estate?

Hi,

Does anyone have experience with QuickBooks EasyStart?
I am trying to enter expenses and allocate them to separate properties. I have not been able to figure out how to do this.
Am I using the wrong QuickBooks version? Is QuickBooks Pro perhaps better suited for Real Estate? Or maybe Simply Accounting?

Hello Herman,
I too tried the QuickBooks EasyStart and found it useless for Real Estate. I quickly switched to QuickBooks Pro and hired a book keeper. It`s better for everyone involved.
