The info is updated continually as the market fundamentals change. However, the SYSTEM itself does not change much at all as it has been proven in all market conditions in all regions of the country.
The updates would be in the examples in the "Fundamentals" portion, the Top 10 Towns, and the Landlording as the laws change.
Many Members take the Quickstart live in a city they DON`T live in because they can`t make their local one. A GREAT way to network with fellow Members for a whole weekend and a trip that you can potentially use as a tax write-off as it is for your business.
