If you were not into real estate and you ask me why buy real estate, would the following metaphoric paragraph make you some what interested or a least start thinking?
Imagine being stranded in the middle of the ocean where there are sharks and jelly fishes everywhere. You are just far enough from a beautiful island. You can try to tread water forever or maybe even try to swim really hard to get there, which, with enough persistence and endurance you might make it unless a shark gets to you first or a wave towers over you and drowns you. What if there is an alternative to that? What if you could start swimming there, and when you come across a used surfboard strong enough to hold your weight, hop on it and ride on top of the next wave all the way to the island. Would you hop on to that surf board? Would you ride on top of the wave of inflation all the way to financial freedom?
