This is a report which some may find interesting. It is a report from Scotia bank looking at Canada versus the rest of the world as a whole. It also provides some insight into what province is leading the way in Canada.

Interesting report, linked again here, yet utterly MEANINGLESS.



Interesting to see house prices are essentially flat in US, Japan, Germany or Switzerland, inflation adjusted, yet up 100% in Canada, UK or Sweden since 1996. So ? Does this mean you should buy in Japan or Germany, or sell in the UK ?



As there is no US or Canadian housing market due to so many regional sub-markets with their own market drivers it is best to not even bothering reading this report.
